The Rain Shadow Review

The Rain Shadow Review is filled with prose and poetry written by incarcerated men and women across the nation who attend writing workshops inside those prison walls.

Ex-convicts who attended the workshops while serving time also have their work in this most excellent journal. Visceral themes of struggle and suffering, love and loss, drug addiction and prison, and sometimes redemption fill these pages. Check it out my friends.
